The success of any project is very much dependent upon rigorous planning and organising. Therefore, Net Magnus operates a Solutions Office or PMO that comprises of an impressive qualified team who take charge of all aspects of our customers’ projects.
The Solutions Office role is to specify requirements and project scope, set out and agree goals and measurements, define service level agreements, run the Net Magnus Engagement Maturity Model for Twin-Shoring programs, allocate and lead resources and set out and drive a project plan.
The Solutions Office uses best in class Project Management systems and processes including Galileo, Net Magnus’s unique on-line project management system designed from the ground up to manage software testing projects.
Having full control over all our assignments, the Solutions Office acts as the single point of contact for our customers making life very straight forward for the people who are responsible for the success of the projects within our customers.
