Net Magnus - Dynamic-Resource-Pool™ (DRP)

DRP is a method of assigning to each project 20% extra resource capacity without passing on this overhead to our customer’s.
These additional resources allocated to a Net Magnus Testing Team are there to maintain capacity and seamlessly solve the challenge of contingency planning. Moreover, these resources or not in stand-by mode, but are actively productive. As they are always up to speed with the projects there is no ‘expertise lag’ as resources change, thereby eliminating the risk of slowing up progress.
DRP also enables well planned resource rotation on long term projects which is important in order to keep teams fresh, maintain momentum and to bring in new ideas. DRP again solves this requirement.

Net Magnus operates a highly effective cost base which means that it is able to offer all customers the Dynamic Resource Pool facility. Competitive testing companies with less focused resources and optimised cost bases are unable to fund this level of water-tight resourcing service.
