Professionally trained and qualified
All employees undergo 9 months of intensive classroom training and assessment before they are able to join the Net Magnus team permanently. Having successfully completed the program, candidates take a range of exams certified by external academic institutions that are recognised by industry and commerce throughout the world such as the ISEB/ISTQB Diploma back by the British Computer Society.
Once certified, employees then continue with their development by undergoing a minimum of six hours of formal classroom training every week of the year, indefinitely.
